    Re: Zenith Wrist Watch identification

    Welcome to the forum.

I can't make out very well from the pictures whether the hour indices have the same blue inlay as the hands or rather a black inlay?

    It's a Zenith cal 2542 from about 1968.

It looks as the crown is also still original.

With a little attention (polishing the crystal, new strap, servicing the movement) this may be a fine watch to wear.

Would recommend to keep such a heirloom rather than selling it but that's up to you of course.

    Hope this helps

Many thanks. It is a blue inlay. Unfortunately it is not my decision to make.
