    22/20mm or 22/18mm bracelet?

I switched from my 22/20mm to the 22/18mm bracelet on my O1B. It will take a minute to get used to but i do like it. It is also thinner as in thickness of each link. I can already see why some claim its more comfortable. Its definitely a different look and feel. The watch itself feels heavier not being balanced by the chunky bracelet. I will probably switch between the two periodically.

    Any thoughts on the comparison?

The comfort of the thinner and more tapered bracelet is nice, but as you said, it leaves the watch feeling a tad unbalanced. Also, the clasp on the 22/20 on the OVMv1 models I had felt worlds better than the newer 18mm clasp.

I’m drawn to the look of a properly tapered watch if “it fits” some watches do not warrant a tapered bracelet. My most comfortable watch is a 20/16 tapered jubilee bracelet on a 39/40mm Sandoz sub.

I switched back to the 22/20. The taper, even though itís only 2mm difference, changes the look and feel. It seemed dainty to me. Could be that Iím just used to the 22/20. Maybe I will try it again soon but for now Iím going chunky and heavy.

I too swapped my original 22/20mm with the new 22/18mm. That's the right thing to do, the 22/20mm is too big to be comfortable unless you have abnormally big wrists. But in this case you probably won't bother wearing the 42mm watch.

Just to add, although there is no weight improvement on the 22/18mm but it feels much better.
