This one probably needs an introduction. It looks like an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak homage, because that's exactly what it is. This was produced in the late 70's, after AP released the Royal Oak in 1972. It was rumoured that Gerald Genta, who designed the Royal Oak, first designed it for Bulova when he worked there before being hired by AP. That's just a myth. With the obvious similarities between the Bulova and AP, not many of these were made, and far fewer are around now.

Condition: Fair
Movement: Automatic ETA 2892
Crystal: mineral glass, no scratches or dings
Case: Steel
Dimensions: 35mm
Caseback: screw-in, steel
Crown: original, not screw-down
Dial: White honeycomb dial
Bracelet: Integrated bracelet with minimal stretching and extra links
WR: not tested

The reason I bought this was to try out the Royal Oak case, without spending a ton and without buying a fake. It's not for everyone, but this watch is definitely a conversation starter with other watch enthusiasts, many of which don't know that these even exist.

Asking $2000 shipped, or best reasonable offer. Not interested in trades, and lowballs will be ignored.
