I've owned (original buyer) for some years and worn it very sparingly (I lean towards larger watches). There are a few desk-diving marks (near-invisible to the eye) on the bracelet but the crystal/case/bezel are ***pristine***. As usual, my photography could use some improvement.
The description below has been taken from a website:
"The RADO Diastar is an iconic timepiece, being the first & only one of its kind! Other watchmakers made attempts to copy the Diastar but none have ever truly replicated the quality & reputation that RADO made for it! RADO's innovative use of ceramics was such a breakthrough in watchmaking in the 70s that RADO continues its Diastar series to this day! Owning the original Diastar is like owning a piece of watchmaking history! RADO raises its Diastar series up a notch by an upgrade to its overall form & function with the Diastar Sport Diver. Its general shape is round - a departure from the original oval, while the ceramic is utilized as a rotating bezel with embossed detailing. The diver's case & screw-down crown combination makes it a functional diver's accessory".

The watch has a very pleasing (to the eye) aperture-to-bezel diameter. It really is a joy to look at on the wrist. This is coming from a guy who usually wears 43-45mm watches.
