    Anyone heard of Q&Q?

Has anyone tried any digital watches from Q&Q? They seem to be around since 1979

    https://qq-watch.jp/eng/

I've only had one and seems to be a good beater watch. Been using for over 2 years, holds up well, battery still good.

Just wondering if anyone knows more about this brand or been using their watches?

Q&Q is a sub-brand of Citizen Watch Co.

Is it considered on par in quality alongside Casio

I have never owned a Q&Q but it certainly appears from their product line and pricing that they are indeed positioned to compete with the regular Casio product line.

Q&Q, basic Casio, Armitron; they all seem to be about the same.

Q&Q is great watch, it is very light weight, these all solar powered too.

    Re: Anyone heard of Q&Q?

Q&Q (Quality and Quantity) were originally a brand created by Citizen subsidiary Japan CBM Corp (CBM stands for 'Citizen Business Machines'), but in recent years have been brought directly under Citizen Watch Company. My father wears a Q&Q as his everyday watch. It is made entirely in China, right down to the Miyota quartz movement. I have a couple of old Q&Q watches in the parts box with worn out semi-plastic Premier Precision automatic movements, but I won't show them here. Instead I'll post this catalogue picture just so that a digital watch can be seen in this thread:
