    Question Casio PRW-3510 ..standard lugs/straps?

Picked this up from ebay for cheap ..might have to touch up the black digits on the bezel but otherwise seems to be in great shape.

Do the 3510 series have standard lugs? I have a 22mm navy blue Obris Morgan rubber strap so wondering if that will snap in without any mods? Or maybe a 22mm orange Isofrane....

    thanks.

IIRC you use the screws and pins that are on the watch.

They have standard lugs, but not standard lug holes. They use screw bars that go through a metal tube, rather than spring bars that seat in small lug holes. They work great with one-piece straps like NATOs and Zulus. They can also be used with two-piece straps, although the metal tube may be too big to fit through the spring bar hole in the strap. In this case, you can use the screw bars without the metal tube.

    As has been said

Remove screws from the strap and then put the screws and tubs back without the strap. This allows the watch to have a "fixed" bar setup for nylon straps.

Conversely you switch out the casio strap and feet for a regular 22mm strap. Those stupid strap feet really killed my arm with its digging in to my wrist.

Here were two of my PRW/PAW 5000 watches (now sold) were I had the bands removed for nato straps. On the PRW-5000 you can see how the feet wore the black coating off the case back.
