This won't be a full review because I just bought this. On Oct 8, 2014 it was listed at ¥15,217 ($130ish USD) at BIC Camera but I got mine at a huge discount (effectively $36) because I also bought a Hamilton Ventura and applied a discount from the membership card. At the moment this series is described online here, with other 1970's colors: NEO70's | QUARTZ WATCHES / TT10002H | ORIENT WATCH
I like stuff from the 1970s so in my opinion, this looks good for an affordable. Timekeeping is quartz, so not much more to say about accuracy. I don't hear the loud TICK TICK TICK my Timex quartz watch makes. There's a tiny bit of lume on the hands and hour markers. If people want I'll post a lume shot.
The beveled glass is visible from certain angles.
The bracelet is lightweight with pins instead of screws. The brushed finish matches the brushed parts of the watch case and fits comfortably, so I'm unsure whether to replace it. As you'd expect in this price range, the crystal is mineral glass, not sapphire like most luxury watches. I don't think there's any anti-reflective treatment but this watch doesn't seem to need it.
The top dial of the chronograph spins once per second. (Will this run down the battery?) I don't see a way to measure times greater than 12 minutes.
