    1000T or 1200T adv/dis

Anyone own both of them and actually prefer the 1000T over the 1200T? Will the 1000T hold its value since the 1200T is almost identical to each other but more trinkets? Any 1000T owners regret buying ?

i don't own any 1000s but they do have the COSC versions which is a plus that the 1200s don't have (yet). and the DS.

I own both a SUB 1000T Military Pro and a Sub 1200T Pro.
They are so much alike that If I had known about the SUB 1200T at the time I bought the 1000T I would have just bought the 1200T.
The 1200T has a better bracelet and the HRV. So I would rather have the 1200T if both were Pros.

Another catch; I wish I had known about the DWL 1200T Pro when I had bought the 1200T Pro.
I don't have grandkids yet....so let me tell you about my watch!

No regrets here I own the 1000, the only benefit of the 1200 over the 1000 is the bracelet as I think the HRV is a waste of time unless you intend on spending some time in a decompression chamber. For most of us unlikely. I also see it as something else to go wrong, unlikely but still possible.

Another point in favor of the 1200T is its size, it is the closest you will come to having a "new" Synchron style SUB.

didn't the 1200 also use more layers of lume so the lume is a little brighter?

I just got my 1000T Pro this morning and it's awesome. I debated for a month before ordering between the 1000T and the 1200T - I'm typically a person who wants the "latest and greatest" and the GMT bracelet on the 1200T was really tempting. But, now I have the 1000T on my wrist I'm really happy. I've got no need for the HRV so for me it's just one more thing that could go wrong. And while the GMT bracelet may be beefier, the one on the 1000T is pretty darn substantial. Being 6'2" and 180lbs with a 6.5" wrist, this is perfect for me. Besides, the couple hundred $$ I saved can go towards another Doxa down the road...
