    1200T Bracelet Issue

Has anyone noticed that you cannot use the tightest micro-adjustment on the 1200T bracelet? When you adjust the bracelet to the 4th micro-adjustment hole the diver extension does not fold all the way into the clasp. Am I missing something?

    Thanks,
    Sal

Thank you for your note, the new bracelet will be modified and will accomodate only 3 micro holes. and It is true, the 4th micro-adjustement hole is obsolete as the width would exceed a whole link, so please refrain from using the 4th whole and if you like to adjust further, then please remove a complete link

    Thank you

Yes, I've noticed it too. It's a design defect as I see it. I still love my 1200T SR just the same!

I thought it was only me, but I tried micro adjusting it and experienced the same thing. Now, I have to wear my watch looser than I like, but when the heat swells my wrist, it fits fine, so no biggie. But yes, there is a defect on the micro adjusting part on the bracelet.

I guess we'll just have to call it a 3-hole micro adjustment clasp, won't we?

Actually, the problem could be resolved by just filing/grinding a smidgen of material off the corners of both extension links where they interfere with the narrower diameter of the clasp. Shouldn't be too difficult if one really needed that 4th hole.

I thought it was just me and my brain not getting it after owning something like 70+ dive watches. Happy to see that I am not crazy.

I have been a loyal DOXA owner since 2005, so if I had to rate the watch I would say Head 100%, Bracelet 80% at the price point. Interestingly my two T-Graphs that have the GMT bracelets don't have this problem. I rate them at 100% / !00%. I may just swap out the bracelets if the lugs fit.
