    300T 'Rambler Back Home

Got my 300T back today. I think Jack did a great job. Here a few pics. Although I really like the silver dial, I may put it into the WTT forum for a Sharkie logo, since the silver seems more "dressy" to me. The cost to basically service movement, polish case, replace crystal, stablize lume, and clean up bezel was very reasonable IMO. Again, buying the watch at a fair price is important so as to avoid having to much cash invested in the initial purchase.

The inner gaskets were black "mush" as Jack explained, but other than that the watch was good to go. Jack used a crazy industrial epoxy instead of a gasket. It should maintain water resistant integrity but obviously diving and swimming is out. What do you guys think?

    Regards
    Scott

Looks great, Scott. Not too many of those old ramblers around. Jack really does work wonders. Congrats!

    Hey Brian

Thanks guys. The crystal on the rambler is a simple polishing which turned out great.

I had a NOS one for the sharkie but it cracked during applying it. Jack made one and it looks pretty good too.
