6.5" Wrist, go for the Sub 1200T or keep looking for the 600?

With dinky wrists like mine, has anyone had both the 1200 and the 600? I know on Dr. Peter Millar's site, he discusses the 600T being thinner than the 1200T, (I also like how the font on the 600T is closer to the original 300T) but they seem to be pretty hard to come by and I don't want to wait any longer! Definitely looking for the Professional, which means the 50th anniversary is out.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

    Thanks!!!!

If you're looking for a smaller Doxa have you considered the 50th anniversary SUB 300 models?
Similar diameter to the SUB 1200 but slimmer and possibly better suited to smaller wrists.

There were 300 50th Professionals AND 300 black lungs issued, not a lost cause to pick one up, I don’t think....

I disagree, I missed out on one a few weeks ago then another one popped up and bought it right away, it was a 300 searambler 50th anniversary. Keep your eye out, they do pop up every now & then. I should be receiving it in a few days

I’ve seen several sell in the last 30 days, but what do I know....

    Good luck.

I will definitely keep my eyes peeled! This was the email I received from Doxa Customer Service a couple of days ago, but maybe they'll roll out stock anyways!

    "Hi

Unfortunately, no, there will not be any more SUB300 50th Anniversary models. We currently only have the black dial Sharkhunter in stock.

    Thank you,

I have a Doxa with the 1200T case and it fits comfortably on my 6.5" wrist. The relatively short lug to lug and smaller dial size make it wear smaller than expected.

I have no experience with the 600 though.

Sorry, I didn't fully read your first post!
I would certainly hold out for a SUB 300 anniversary for the original design and COSC movement. As others have said, they do come up on eBay - there is a Silver Lung on at the moment - and they are well worth the wait :)

My wrist is 6.5 too. I have Black Lung, Sliver Lung an 1200T. 1200T look just right on my wrist. In fact, all of them look good in terms of size. You cannot judge a watch just by its physical dimension. Case shape plays big part on how the watch looks on the wrist.

If not take desirability into consideration, I actually prefer 1200T over the other two mainly due to the crystal and bracelet shape. I know it is historical accurate, but box crystal on such small dial looks strange and why the bracelet flare out a bit then taper down. I mush prefer the bracelet on 1200T. Just my 2c. I hope it does't add more confusions.
