    Buy Doxa from factory?

Are there any advantages or disadvantages to buying directly from the factory?

I read on the factory site that they offer reissues. Meaning older models being reintroduced?

Are there other models available that are not shown on the factory site?

    Thanks in advance.

If you want a brand new doxa you have to buy it directly from them. The advantage is that you will have Warranty and a brand new watch.
You can buy a used one in a good condition for less if you don't care about warranty.

    yeah something like that

There are other models available on the "Used Market". They usually pop up on ebay and on the sales forum.
for example 300t reissue, 600t, 750t. There's also the vintage Doxas.

Check Dr Peter website ( "reviews" and "watches") for some pics and some info:

Well, if you do a search you can find a few things not currently shown on the Doxa site but which come up with active purchase links. I'm thinking of the 750 Searambler. Is this or is this not available?

The 750 line is retired, unless you want one of the GMT's.

If that is the size you are looking for, DOXA is considering a 1500T...scan down the forums and there has been quite a bit of discussion about it.

    Cheers!

If you are patient you can wait for DOXA's new reissue 750 size watch.
For some reason the links to discontinued watches are still active.
I don't have grandkids yet....so let me tell you about my watch!
