    Check out the Doc's sales forum at the top of the Doxa Forum. I also attached the link. I think he has instructions in there.

    I have one and it has a wealth of knowledge. A very well written book with plenty of pictures.

    Send me a PM and I'll give you an address.

    Alternatively you could get Doxa to send them to me. I'll sign them and media mail them on. It costs about 1.25 for the box and 3.50 (I think) for the media mail. If 2 books, I use a prepaid Priority box and it is around 9 bucks.
