Does Doxa sell parts for watchmakers?

I was thinking of making a trade for a Doxa 1200T sharkhunter, however according to the owner, the crown is stiff and may need something replaced. I have a watchmaker that I normally use, but he doesn’t know if he’d be able to get parts if he needs them. Does anyone know if they sell parts? Or does it have to be sent in?

Best bet imo is to send it to Doxa. They have service centers they'll refer you to. Call the toll-free number on Monday and talk with Andy (USA rep) or send in a "request for repair" on their website. The HQ is on holiday for awhile but a call should get you info - I've always found the USA rep to be responsive. Go for the Sharkie!

    Hi,

DOXA only accepts watches for repairs at our authorized service center. We no longer supply parts to watchmakers.

    Thank you,

Will they sell a set of hands to an owner to provide to a watchmaker? From what I have researched, a set of ETA 2824-2 hands will fit an ETA 2872. I need hands for my Aubry era 600T. Dial diametre would see the 50th Anniversary Sharkhunter hands are the ideal fit.
