Don't forget the screwdriver in the SUB300 box!

Thanks to Steve Tracy, I realized that Doxa has included a little screwdriver in the bottom of the SUB300 packing box -- thank you Doxa and Steve! Were it not for Steve's photos, I may not have noticed this and tossed the screwdriver along with the box and wrapping paper! So if you're one of the lucky ones to be opening a SUB300 box today or soon, be on the lookout for the screwdriver to be sure you get the whole package

I love the watch but what is up with the screwdriver? It looks nice but it is made of glass(not literally it is very brittle). First the tube shattered just taking the end cap off and then the blade of the screwdriver snapped off twice while trying to unscrew the bracelet links. I had to break out my sharpening stones and re-profile the blade twice just to size my 300 bracelet. I love the watch it is great but the screwdriver is junk.

Agreed - as a newbie - the one side of my screwdriver looks "forked" or like a spanner end - what is that for? Or, is it just defective? Chipped the one end trying to adjust bracelet as well. Have ordered a bergeon to see if that works better.

Oops - my eyes are just old/bad - figure the forked end is for springbars. My bad.

You are spot on. The forked end is for the springbars.
