    Doxa Created A Monster

    Hello All:
I've been looking for a Pro Gmt and a seller contacted me that he had one for sale. I asked if it kept + / - time per 24 hours. He said he hadn't worn it but would. He contacted me with the results, and the deal was consumated via paypal. He e-mailed last night that he was refunding my money as he realized how nice the watch was and wanted to keep it. He refunded my money.
So somewhere out there is a new Doxa-holic.
I'm still looking for the Pro GMT, so if anyone has one that they would like to get rid of please contact me, BUT DO NOT WEAR IT!! lol

Hello Thom from a fellow NYer...although that is not an ideal situation, just be patient and you will get your GMT Pro. And it will be worth the wait.

I am very sorry I could not go through with the deal we made, been wearing it ever since. This is one of these few watches that I will feel bad about letting it go. Even the I have Rolex TT GMT2C, I found out yesterday DOXA GMT with Inner rotating dial simpler to use and watch has that unique look and comfort thats hard to come by in such larger cased watch and thinking about selling all my bigger size watches because of DOXA, thanks for your understanding.

I wish you all the best luck finding another DOXA GMT "pro".

I believe each party should be satisfied at the completion of a transaction. If one party is not satisfied, then I think it is ok for the deal to be called-off. There are plenty of other fish in the sea.
    Best Regards,
    Jason

Once sent, yes (unless the Buyer has an approval period). And the Seller would have no right to demand a return if he encountered "Sellers remorse" after shipping the watch.

But until it is sent, the Seller has every right to terminate the transaction and PROMPTLY refund the money. (Presumes also the Seller does not sit on the Buyers money for any real length of time).

But in the case above, I see no sense of "sour grapes" from the would be buyer. Looks like he understood perfectly well.
    Regards, T Bone.

I am pretty new to DOXA watches, first one I had was this DOXA and I was not impressed.

I did not give these two DOXA automatic watches enough time to get to understand the real deal.

I am sorry for My actions and this is the first time I ever backed out on watch deal after receiving the money, I sent the email to buyer up in the middle of the night because it was tough decision.

    I am very sorry.
