    The Fun Boy 3

At home today with the office laptop trying to catch up on work stuff, but I can't do much for long as my good eye starts to hurt. For a bit of rest and relaxation I got one of the watch boxes out and was just cleaning my watches. Took this photo of a couple of classics.

Not a great shot but considering everything it will have to do.

    Current watch collection:
None, actually... Not counting the casio I got from my mom 20 years ago...
Seems kinda strange frequenting a watch forum without owning a watch, doesn't it?
1997 I promised myself that the next watch I wear would be a Doxa... Someday I will!

I love the one in the middle; that's one that commemorates a race, right?

Is it rare and expensive, or is it possible to find one at a reasonable cost?

All revealed here, if you haven't seen the site

    www.doxacms.com

It's an interesting watch in that when they came out, people under-rated them. I don't know why, but lately they are becoming much more appreciated, and deservedly so I think. last one I saw for sale was on the bay and I think the guy was looking around 2 grand for it.

They don't come up often, but any that are reasonably priced, disappear fast. Personally, I think it is a beautiful watch, my photo does not do it justice.

Nice photo...I have a lot to learn as I was not even aware of the Coppa until this very moment! Great looking Chrono.
Chuck Norris doesn't wear a watch...HE decides what time it is.
