It truly is, to me, the little things that count when it comes a watch company. Let me say that Doxa has perfected this IMO. I couldn't be happier with the service I recieve from them...really top notch. Often times when a company gets larger they tend to forget the customers that helped solidify the brand by not only making that initial purchase (and again...and again) but bringing in friends along the way. Yesterday I recieved a Doxa hat (and an added bonus ) for my birthday from Doxa priority mail! Now, I have purchased 4 watches from them this year...but still...who does this? I want to say "thanks Doxa" that was very thoughtful indeed! I will display my orange proudly!
