My First Doxa - Tribute to Clive

So - I have a number of dive watches including the ubiquitous Submariner, but they're all quite serious and I was after something a little more fun and summery.

Having fairly small wrists, I wanted a slim cased watch and the SUB 600T Professional was just the ticket.
It's the "Clive Cussler Limited Edition" and ironically I purchased it the week that Clive passed away (big shout out to lab-guy who facilitated its delivery).

The watch is orangey awesomeness and sits on the wrist beautifully due to the gentle curve of the case.
Still not sure about the BOR bracelet though - it's very blingy and doesn't taper which I prefer. I have a Tropic strap on the way for a comparison.

    Anyhoo, some pics:

Congrats on scoring a 600T exador! It's a beauty. (Perhaps a restoration/fill of the bezel numbers could be in order though :) ) I'm sure you'll get used to and start to like the BOR bracelet if you give it some time. Enjoy it in good health!

    Gee thanks!!

Gorgeous watch, congrats! My NIB 1500T II Searambler and I have been separated for a while now as flights have been cancelled, and I miss the dial and solidity on my wrist. Wear it in excellent health!

Congrats on your Clive Cussler LE. It is stunning and looks great on your wrist. Too bad you are unsure about the bracelet at this time. Enjoy your new Doxa.

Looks like a keeper! Enjoy your Doxa! Vance.
Watch the time you have, Jesus is coming soon! “Faith is seeing the light with your heart when all your eyes see is darkness.”

"The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop, at late or early hour. Now is the only time you own. Live, love, toil with a will. Place no faith in time. For the clock may soon be still."
