    My New, Classic Orange Coupe...

Nah, just kidding...this was at a classic car show I attended this weekend. Hotter'n Hades out there, but the cars were worth it...sorry, the 750 Pro is out of focus. I was paying attention to the cars...

wonder what Dirk Pitt would think of some of these?

    Cheers,

    Avi

Yep, the Pro is back and working perfectly. Karin's customer service is top notch and the watch came back within two weeks of me shipping it out. I've already taken it diving and snorkeling (even had some friendly dolphins come up and say hi last time. That was cool! )

Good eye there David - indeed it was the Solvang show, and I took more than 50 pictures. It was a lot better than I expected; luckily my parents live up there and I happened to go see them this past weekend.

After living in the area for almost 7 years I had my fill of the food. I still like Ellen's pancake house in Buellton though. Doesn't hurt that it's across the street from my dad's business.

    Cheers,

    Avi

    David,

Hitching Post is pretty good, but if you want a good steak in the area head to Los Olivos for Mattei's Tavern. Pricey, but worth the occasional splurge. They have a peppercorn-brandy steak sauce that is simply amazing!

    Cheers,

    Avi
