Reissued Sub 300T broken crown stem

Hi my Reissued Sub 300T fell off and its crown stem was broken. Does anyone knows if a local watchmaker can replace the stem or it has to goes back to Doxa?

A local guy might be able to fix it, but Doxa has the parts for this so if there are any other problems or parts needed they would be easily able to fix it. They could also replace seals etc while it's in. :)

I know that. I bought the watch while I was in the US then moved to Thailand few years ago. The DOXA dealer here don't even consider fixing it. Wonder if I have to send it back to DOXA (where???).
