    Silver Dial....NOT for me...NEVER

Until I saw all of your posts and pics of the SEARAMBLER. I've never bought or thought I would own a silver dial watch (White dial OK, but never silver). WELL, I just had to see what all the hype was about and thought I could easily flip the watch after looking at it and giving it a 3 hour tour.
    All I can say is:
    #1. Stunning
#2. Perfect balance between colors, Silver, Black and Orange
#3. Not too flashy but still a real eye catching balance
#4. It is now my FAVORITE Doxa of all my children and going to be hard leaving it in the winder.
#5. You will find that, as with all WISers as the watches come and go (in order to own atleast ONE of every watch made). This will be the one that stays home with papa.

Thanks for all of your enthusiasm about the Searambler, because if you who own them didn't come forward I would still be in the dark thinking, "Not for me, never a Silver dial".
    Doxa I eat my words.

I've always liked silver dials and that Doxa just reaffirms it.
    Very nice,

My sentiments EXACTLY. I finally had to see for myself (thanks Subkrawler), and now I have a surefire keeper. The SeaRambler is one gorgeous silver dial watch. Now if we can just figure out how to take a great pic of that danged silver dial ..... - David

I agree the color balance is one thing that really helps make it special. No plans to ever flip mine. Doesn't hurt that mine runs more accuratley than any other automatics I own. Usually less than 3s fast per week with constant wear.

So is that an understatement that photos of this watch just don't do it justice?! My SeaRambler is my absolute favorite and no way I will part with it! That silver background really makes that orange minute hand "pop" doesn't it! Great score! (not only the most beautiful but also one of the rarer ones at 100 made!) Enjoy!

    e-man,
Bring that silver dialed Doxa up to The Wine Cellar in Mt. Adams Friday night. I'd love to see it. My band's playing, no cover, and don't worry, I don't sing. I'll be playing bass and wearing my MKII Sea Fighter. But wait, you've got one of those too.

Exactly my feelings concerning the Searambler, until I had one ... who knew!!!!! But for me 750T Pro DP is still my fav, Searamble has got to be #2.

It is such a beautiful watch I just don't see why they don't sell more of them.

BUT IF I WAS DOXA ... THIS WOULD BE THE VERY FIRST MODEL ANY AD WOULD GET!!!!! If you see it in person you have to have it!!!!
