A little over two weeks ago I decided that I had a regulation problem with my 1000T Pro. I E-mailed Doxa help and after performing some simple tests Karin at Doxa decided that it needed servicing:thanks. She helped me through every step of the process from sending me an RMA, packing and sending the watch to Stoll. I got the watch back today and synched it to my 600T(which keeps perfect time) a quartz watch and my atomic clock. So far after nearly five hours it's spot on. I have a feeling it's going to be within COSC standards. So big thanks to Karin and Doxa for making the whole experience a piece of cake. Chances are you'll never need these services but, if you do these people will have you up and running in the shortest time possible. I really don't think there's an AD out there that could do it better.
