Just wanted to say a big thank you to Doxa.
My 750T Pro developed a problem (wouldn't wind properly) the beginning of Feb when I got back from Dubai - hadn't worn it since Christmas and had left it in the UK on my last Dubai stint.
A couple of emails from Karin later and I was sending my watch to the service centre in Austria.
Quoted time was 9 - 12 weeks but hey - I'd have my favourite Doxa back working and serviced.
Well last Thursday I had an email from Karin at Doxa saying my watch was ready - after only 6 weeks!!!
Karin emailed me the Fedex tracking number and I spent the next couple of days checking to see where my watch was travelling (yeah sad I know.... ).
Well the Fedex guy turned up yesterday.
My watch looks fantastic! almost like new, 90% of the scratches are gone (even the large'ish one on the clasp), my bezel has been polished and the numbers re-enamelled. And the winding problem and 'rattle' that had developed sorted and it's had a service.
Thank you Doxa for a quick turn around and impressive customer service.
