We are happy and sad, say goodbye SUB1200T

Dear members and DOXAholics, we are sad to say that the SUB1200T has come of EOL, but also happy to announce the SUB1500T as its successor. The SUB1500T combines what the modern DOXA SUB is all about, high grade Alternance 10 movement in the typical DOXA SUB 45mm case, classic DOXA dial and configuration with a modern extremely comfortable bead bracelet with an automatic ratcheting extension, all 100% Swiss made and hand assembled in Switzerland.

BTW, a few pieces are still left from each of the SUB1200T model variations

Wow, this is indeed sad, that the "small" model and the only current model that will reasonably fit my scrawny wrists
is going to be discontinued. The 600T is the better fit of the two for me though, I'd even say that it's a perfect fit, I
absolutely love my Pro and Sharkie and wear them much more than my 1200T NUMA TQ, so if the EOL of the 1200T
means that a new "smaller" sized DOXA model closer in height and weight to the 600T is to be revealed in the near
future (including Searambler, Caribbean and Divingstar flavors please!) I guess I can live with the fact that the 1200T
    will soon be gone.

That is sad news. I only have one Doxa and it is a 1200T Professional. It is a keeper in my collection. Cheers, Bill P.

Any chance they'll be something smaller than the 1500T coming in 2014? I realize that some or all of this is probably confidential

Wow, no classic-sized DOXA in the lineup? Surprising.

Wow. That's bad timing (for me). Hopefully a new 42mm watch will be released soon!

I was sad to hear this as well. I was hoping Doxa would make the 1200T part of its standard line. I've owned most Doxa models over the last few years and the 1200T has to be my favorite. The size is perfect for those of us with sub 7" wrists and the homage to the original 300T made it seem more special. I'm sure Doxa will come out with something even better in the future...thanks for making the best dive watches in the world!
    Respectfully,
    Don

So, a great opportunity for a Doxa to offer a good end of line discount to forum members :)

Good for Doxa. Not so for the greater Doxa-community.
The fact that this model sold out as quickly as it did tells us something, doesn't it?

Echoing what many have said already: sad news for those who don't fav the big(ger) watch trend. The only reason I don't have more Doxa's yet is the size of the current line-up. The 1200T is about perfect for me and also very close to the max that I can pull off. I had assumed (wishful thinking, probably) this model would have become one of the pillars of the Doxa line-up. Glad I got mine when I did.

Here's to hoping that Doxa will introduce another classic looking smaller line / model. Fitted with a true BOR bracelet, of course
