    Who is who at DOXA customer service

    Hi everybody, there is something trivial, that we seem to have neglected over the years, which is to tell you who is who at DOXA.

    1. Karin, is a the customer service supervisor at DOXA
    2. Claudine, is in charge of dispatch
    3. Jim, the handsome gentleman on the PADI picture, Jim handles PR and all website related tasks, but like everyone at DOXA, we are all customer service representatives.
    4. Andy, is the voice of the customer at DOXA, he is the nice gentleman you will usually have on the phone

    Had reason to contact customer service a couple of weeks ago. Karin returned my email immediately. She ended up having to do a little research for me and couldn't have been more helpfull.

    My last Doxa arrived in TN in only 3 or 4 days, I assume I have Claudine to thank for that.

    Doxa's crew certainly seems to be on top of their game these days!

    Rick, nothing trivial at all there! It's a great thing to know the names of the people we have to thank for the service, in all it's forms (be it dispatch, sales, after sales, repair, etc).

    BTW, don't forget to take a WELL DESERVED bow yourself!

    I can't say enough about Andy. He dealt with me changing my order several times and was true gentleman throughout.

    Doxa watches have great allure in the first place. Then add the fact that the company has great customer service and not only listens to forum members but takes action based upon their opinions. WOW

    It just makes you feel that much better wearing a Doxa.

    Andy, thanks for your help. A lesser man would have cracked!

    It's apparent that Doxa's success is directly related to their commitment, and their commitment comes from passion.

    Keep that passion and we're going to see many more ground-breaking dive watches from Doxa in the years to come.

    Jim has been very helpful to me the past few weeks and was available much of the time through live chat. He even called me on the phone with requested info within minutes of disconnecting from live chat. Very friendly and of great help. Great customer care makes the decision to buy easy.
