    New IWC for the collection

Just picked up a Pilot’s Chrono from an excellent dealer (Cassetti) at the world famous Ponte Vecchio in Firenze Italy. Managed to get a bit of a discount and was originally going for a Rolex (not prepared to pay double for a used Batman etc and have a ridiculous waiting list for a new one). Service at Cassetti was impeccable and very friendly.
Looked at 3 but in the end went for the Pilots Chrono as that was on my ‘want’ list. It joins my inherited 18 ct gold Portugeiser Perpetual Calender.

Fantastic addition to the growing IWC collection! I find it interesting they carry watches with the day window in English? I would expect MAR instead of TUE! Is that common for watches with the day display to be in English rather than the language of the country in which they are sold?

Wow, I love the one in the second picture. You are really doing great at your IWC collection, both watches are awesome.

I like the Pilot Chrono. The best IWC on the market. It's beauty outshines any other IWC.

Glad I got my 3717 when I did, the newer larger models are a little to large for me.

My only regret, didn't get the bracelet. Can't justify the price aftermarket, I'd rather buy a TAG Carrera for the price of that bracelet.
