    1952 Vintage Hamilton Lyndon

    Hi all,

New to the forum, but figured this was the best place to find valuable insight. So here it goes...

Anyone with experience buying from coolvintagewatches.com? The 1952 Hamilton Lyndon here would fill a hole in my watch collection at a seemingly affordable price. However, it has been very difficult to find if these watches are indeed serviced and up to the quality claimed, information on the seller and if the asking price is fair. Any opinions?

This is the description on the site:

1952. Original dial has a light patina. white dial with applied numerals. Cool hands. All gold filled case with fancy long lugs... snap back is in very nice condition. Case size (33 x 11 x 42mm) Quad signed (Dial Movement Case Crown) Serviced - 17 jewel manual wind movement. Sports a vintage black suede 18mm fine leather strap. NICE. A GREAT LOOKING 50's HAMILTON!

Thanks in advance for all the help and hopefully I'll be able to pay it forward.

You might have better luck asking over in the vintage and pocket watch section. This section is mostly devoted to modern Hamiltons.

I've looked at their site before and they seem reputable but I've never ordered from them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will see if there is more familiarity over there.
