    Mystery womens Hamilton.

    Actually, that's a man's watch. Tastes have changed over the years, when that came out in 1946 it was considered a perfectly normal size for a man's watch. The two-tone dial is a very nice touch. These were also sold with a silver dial with applied gold numerals. That version cost more, but most people opted to pay the extra. It's uncommon to find the two-tone.
