Just took a £30 eBay punt on this, delivered this morning.
Supposedly an early 70's Stowa Quartz from about 1972/3. The back and the crown are unsigned.
It looks 'right' to my untrained eye and certainly wears well being a 38mm case.
I presume Stowa didn't make any Quartz movements inhouse so would be grateful for any information about it or who might have made it.
I'm not sure if the bracelet is original, of the period yes, but it feels a little insubstantial compared to the rest of the watch - and again is unsigned.
I'd be grateful for any information - especially opinions on whether you think its genuine or fake. (It was worth a thirty quid gamble IMHO) and also about the history.
