Is a 8" wrist to big for Antea 39mm?

I've done a search and it seems to look okay on a 8" wrist but maybe not as big I was expecting.

It's too bad I can't just go to the store and try it out.

It's absolutely fine on my wrist - it "wears large".

For me it would look a bit small, but that's because I'm now used to larger sized watches. My wrists are between 8.25-8.5" and for years I wore a couple of 40mm watches. However, now those look tiny to me. Even a 44mm watch seems just a bit small - 46-48 mm seems to be the perfect size for me.

But that's me. If you usually wear watches around that size I'm sure it would look fine. It really is a nice looking watch.

I think it would look small. I have a Antea 365 (36.5 mm) with a 6 and 1/4 inch wrist and its a very close fit.

I definitely had my heart set on it but personally I think it looks too small. Maybe I'll do some more searching.

If you had to ask, you already know the answer.

    I wouldn't get anything smaller than 44mm.

my wrist is about 7.75" and I thought the Antea looked great on it. The face of the watch just looks huge because it is all dial. Go to your MS Word or paint or whatever and print out a circle with a 1.53" diameter and place it on your wrist and see what you think.

I don't think I'll get it even with the 2 week grace period it'll be too much trouble shipping around

Maybe Stowa will make a bigger dial in the future.

Stuff it I'll get it anyway. I think it should be okay.
