    Antea KS roman?

I'm no collector - can't afford to be, to be honest - but I've been lusting after a decent dress watch for years now. My current timepiece is a old, cheap soviet-era Luch watch I picked up from ebay for less than five pounds a few years ago. Despite it's cheapness, I love it for it's large, clean face, having a hand-wound mechanism and, most of all, that it is ludicrously thin.

What I'm thinking of buying is a Antea KS - which I love the look of - but I recently saw the MO Roman which is simply gorgeous. I love the Roman face, but it's so expensive..

Having another look on the Stowa website, though, I saw this watch on the Antea KS pages:

(From the 'additional information' link on the Antea KS page).

It's stunning, and I'm in love with it. What is it, and is it available for purchase anywhere? It doesn't appear to be the 40's vintage the KS is based on. I'd buy this over the MO Roman or the Antea KS.

YES!!! I totally agree. I have been wanting to get an Antea but could not decide on which version... if this one was available I would buy it this very moment.

Jörg- please please please make this watch!!! And if it was 39mm it would be a dream come true!

YES! YES! YES! I like this one!
Especially I love the sub second eaten by Roman six!!!

I would definitely buy one if it comes out with gold color index and hands on a black dial.

Personally, I would love to see more design variations on existing line-up than LIMITED editions tend to be like a lottery or sales promotion.

Can only agree! One of the reasons I don`t own a KS Is because of the arabics. Roman looks just right on a dresswatch Wonderful salmon dial also.

That one is definitely vintage, so it would probably be hard to find. I did see a a modern Antea roman with black dial and white hands in the sales forum. It looks awesome. 39 mm too. Very sharp.

Reading the web site carefully you would have learned that this is the mother of all Antea watches, a vintage one out of the 40ties. If you wanna buy one go ebay. Patience then is required, they are very rare.

Yes, of course Mike is right - as always.

I like that watch too. It's the only dial I know, where the "six" isn't eaten but the subdial.
