    Antea Question

I have an 8" wrist and 42 and 44mm seem to suit my size. However I'm really liking the Stowa Antea my question is at even though at 39mm does the watch look bigger on the wrist because of the lack of bezel. Or have I just answered my own question.......

Do any members have a wrist shot of the Antea on a 7.5 to 8" wrist?

Appreciate any help members can offer.

Can't help you with the photo request, however my experience with the Antea KS allows me to say that it wears bigger than a 35mm watch.

There's a picture of 390 on 7" wrist on this thread:

Can't really answer your question directly but IMO, the 390 looks too large on 7".

    Re: Antea Question

I can tell you that the Antea definitely wears larger than the 39mm is it listed as. IMO it could pass as 41mm if you did not know any better...

It is the smallest watch I own and I feel comfortable wearing it even though my preference is also in the 42-44mm range.

Note that my wrist size is 7 3/8 though...with an 8" wrist I would definitely recommend that you wait to see the wrist shot on a similar sized wrist to be sure.

    Re: Antea Question

I think 39mm should be fine. I have a 7.5" inch wrist, and I find that 42 inch dress watches look like hub caps (at least, a 42mm Omega AT I tried on did). The 39mm AT looked much better. Dress watches should not look too big, especially one that is from a lineage that was never historically large.
