    "Beat a DEAD horse"

I'm not sure if I should start this thread.... but here goes....
And like the topic says - kinda been covered a few times - maybe too many!
I now have 3 Stowas on order, all with varying "promise dates".
I currently own three as well - that I absolutely love!

Is there any chance that all these "pending" orders with customers will NOT get filled??
The oldest one I am waiting for is order #8XX - my latest order is #2XXX, assuming that they are sequential, thats a lot of watches!
All with ETA movements... correct me if i'm wrong, but I thought they were not going to be available anymore?
Does Jorg have a HUGE stash??

Guess I'm looking for some re-assurance - "WAIT PATIENTLY AND ALL WILL BE OK!"??

Relax...ETA movements are still widely available. I believe it's the unassembled ebauches that they stopped selling. Those three Stowas should be shipped as scheduled.

I don't know if I should consider my self lucky or what.

My order was made in end May with expected delivery in mid July. I received payment request on 18th July. I made payment next week, and a week later my watch arrived. So I had the watch with me within two months of original order.

For reference, it was Flieger Ikarus, auto with date function, custom order with blued hands and onion crown.

Since you already own 3 Stowas, maybe you should think about just ordering one instead of three at a time and then all of us will get our watches sooner instead of waiting months.

    Hi Brian,

wait patiently and all will be ok!

There are enough (and even more) ETA movements out there. SWATCH only stopped selling ebauches - not complete movements.
The delay at STOWAs is caused by more and more people wanting those watches and only a few watchmakers to mount them.

Enjoy the wait - it is part of the STOWA-game
