Raise prices!? I had no idea. I also noticed that, at least on the mobile version, there's no way to order the Marine Original Blue Limited edition...

I noticed that, too--actually I find the new site--if that's what it is--to be a bit harder to navigate. It also seems like some links to their accessories (straps) and to engraving the model number (I think that's what was available) are gone.

Exactly... Some of the drop down menus aren't even translated and a lot of features appear to be missing. Dunno about price. The Flieger for for instance is still €930

Ya, it seems some stealth increase. Reserve my opinion first, now busy, comment later

Just checked it out. Yeah, the mobile version of the website is horrible now. The prices have been steadily increasing for some time now, and by pretty big leaps. Makes by-passing Stowa for the competition (who are still genuine bargains) a lot easier.

I haven't paid enough attention to their recent prices to know off the top of my head: did anything besides the chronos increase?

They are probably still working out the kinks. If the prices have changed, which I think they didn't, it isn't by much. Prices listed include the VAT. For us in the USA, the price drops to what it was before after you put the watch into your cart and select USA as the destination.

It's a bit hard to compare prices because they no longer appear to list the "no VAT" prices until you get to checkout. However, at least for the Marine Original Roman, the price has not changed from what it was a month ago. 1.075,63 euro without VAT + 39 euro shipping to the US.

One thing that's a bit confusing is that the website doesn't seem to allow for strap selection anymore. You used to be able to select brown, black, croco, etc. But now I don't see how you can specify. Some of the pictures and descriptions don't match either. For example, the watch I just bought a month ago, the polished Roman Marine Original, shows a brushed case model, while the description says polished case.

I'm sure they'll work out the kinks and get it all sorted soon.

I do think they've raised prices on the 40mm flieger (though I could be wrong). I think it was maybe 20-30 Euro less? That's not nothing when the watch is already pushing $850. But I suppose it shouldn't be a deal breaker!
