    Exima Availability?

The US version of Stowa's web site says the Exima models are only available through manufactum.co.uk. However, the link doesn't take me to the Exima watches. Doing a search doesn't work. But if I go to manufactum.de I can find the Exima.

I'm wondering if I can get this watch elsewhere, if it's even available.

Perhaps Jorg can chime in and let me know if he'd be willing to sell me one directly

I had the same problem. They only appeared on the german manufactum website, not the UK one. I emailed them and they said they could sell me one directly, bypassing the website. However, I bought a used Schauer Edition 6 instead..

I contacted them yesterday and they indicated they are out until July, and that I'd need to buy from Manufactum. Strange that the stories are different.

    Re: Exima Availability?

My message maybe wasnt very clear.. sorry.
Through email, manufactum said they would sell me one directly, without ordering through their website, because the german Manufactum.de website will only allow you to enter a german postal address, and the uk manufactum site doesn't show them in stock.
So, I'd just email manufactum ;)

    Exima Discontinued?

The Exima has been removed from the manufactum.de website now that the Partito is out.

Does anyone know if these means the Exima has been discontinued by Stowa

    Re: Exima Availability?

Here is the reply I received from Regine Schauer:

    "thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately this watch is sold out from our side.
As we don't have any dials left, I can't offer, sorry.

    With best regards

    Regine Schauer"

To me it sounds like they are no longer making it? I'm VERY bummed if that's the case.

    Exima is dead

It is confirmed. The Exima is out of production. From Regine:

"No sorry, we are now producing our "Partitio" for Manufactum. Best regards Regine"

    Bummer

Damnit. After a very happy year with my MO, I come looking back to add another Stowa and find out the Exima isn't available any longer. :( This definitely leaves a void in the lineup of something a little less casual.

    Re: Exima Availability?

Strangely enough, I had a dream last night that Viveca sent me an email that two more Omega 286 movements had been found, and that I could order an Exima Omega if I would like. Then I woke up. :(

    Seriously; I had that dream.

On another note, I really like the Partitio. It's too bad it can't be ordered from Stowa direct.
