    A few ProDiver Questions

I have been thinking about getting my 3rd Stowa but have a few questions.

    1. Is the ProDiver going to be too big for my 6.5” wrist? I wonder if it will wear larger than my Breitling Chrono Avenger which is 44mm? Anyone with 6.5” wrist shots?

    2. Does anyone have a picture of the watch with the bezel removed? Since the bezel can be changed does that have an affect the water resistance of the watch?

    3. Can you use thick leather straps on the watch?

    Thanks.

    Re: A few ProDiver Questions

    1) I don't think so. Of course the Prodiver is a big watch but on my small wrist (175mm) it is possible (at least with the rubber strap as the metal bracelet adds the special first connection links to the case size)

    2) Imho the bezel is just add-on and has nothing to do with the "real case". But go for the videos posted here. The PD is the same.

    3) Why not? The Stowa site shows the Seatime with leather straps. So for the PD it's pretty much the same. I enjoy my PD with the rubber strap.

Nice wrist shot Ax-I love that bezel. It wears pretty big for a 42mm watch. Lug to lug is pretty long. Bezel will not affect water resistance. When you put the ProDiver on a strap it tends to wear a hair smaller as compared to the bracelet.

    7.5" wrist.

    Re: A few ProDiver Questions

my wrist size is 6.5" also. for me, the PD is a little too big for my taste. (and i used to like big watches)

the side-to-side size is fine (with 42mm bezel), what's bad (to me) was the lug-to-lug size, especially with bracelet. i ended up feeling that the top lug is always hanging in mid-air. i think the thick caseback got something to do with that too (push the case higher off the wrist)

i have had more than one PD before and yes, i needed try it more than once to convince myself that PD is too big for me. i so want to like the watch (cause the watch is so right: good size bezel, sapphire crystal, unquie case & dial, huge hands, wonderful lume, auto HEV, solidly built, etc)

to be honest, part of me still wants one but this time, i think i have to go for a Seatime instead and hoping that the shorting caseback will allow the watch to fit better

Thank you all. I think I am sold on the watch.

Anyone with the ProDiver live the DC or MD area so I could see the watch in person?

AX - Do you have anymore wrist shots from distant versus up close?
