First Stowa - Marine Classic 36

First Stowa purchase came in early last week - Marine Classic 36 w/ ETA 2804-2 hand wind movement. I had originally ordered the Marine Original during the Advent Sale but, with a 6.75" wrist, I was worried it may be too big. I opted to go for the Marine Classic 36 instead and it's a great fit (I'm used to coming from tool / complicated watches of ~40-42mm cases). The watch wears slightly bigger due to its white clean dial. It came with the stock black leather strap but I immediately swapped for a brown gator band to match my everyday wallet.

All in all, very impressed with Stowa and enjoying hand winding the watch every day or two - very satisfying to do so and really helps to remind me to slow down amidst all of the hectic schedules that we live in. Enough chatter, here are some amateur pictures

I have this same watch and it might be my favorite. My Monta triumph and Stowa Verus gray get most of my daily use because I work in a very casual environment, but any time I can it's this or my Partitio.

Love the Partitio too. Both are great watches and very versatile.

I've never really been a fan of Roman numerals on watches - except on marine/deck watches. This is just lovely!
