I've had my Flieger B-uhr since 2015, and really like it. Besides producing superb watches, I have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service and Joerg's attentiveness to customer needs here on the forum. That's something that is so rare today, and it speaks very highly of Stowa's value for each customer's experience. That's one of the reasons I was attracted to the brand in the first place. But I digress, that's not why I'm posting.
And now, my question: My watch is the 40mm Flieger with no date powered by a 2824 top grade. I noticed when I got it that it clicks to the unused date function as it moves to setting the time. Is this normal? I mean, it doesn't affect the function of the watch in any way that I have observed, it's simply a matter of curiosity for me. Can the crown be adjusted to skip over the first position, or is this how it is supposed to be operating?
Thanks in advance.
Also, I already posted this today, but wanted to show it again since I'm pretty happy with the photo.
