    Flieger with a Twist

I've been looking at many watches and I keep coming back to a Stowa Flieger. It's been a while now so I think I'm going to take another serious look at getting one.
I'm thinking of putting the Stowa orange rubber strap on the Flieger Klassik. I've only seen one other photo.
Has anyone else done that too?

I agree with that especially if you want a well-built, authentic manufacturer and have an option for 40mm size (even if not authentic) as I prefer. Of course, you could go for cheaper and Chinese movement in Tisell's design as I may just do. After 2 recent luxury brand purchases, I may just buy a cheap one to play with some straps with it.

Yup I’ve seen that photo. I’m looking for others.

I could only remember pictures with the black forest flieger.
Same case shape but with dlc coating.

I’m seriously still considering the TO2. How wide is your wrist? Do you still have that watch?

That’s my idea of a beautiful watch. Not some overly textured dial. Still in denial about my 6.5” wrist...but it’s flat.
I have it sitting in the cart on Stowa.de hahhaha
It would be an adequate Rolex Explorer I alternative for me.

I think the TO2 is a tad too big for my 6.25" wrist.
It may be ok for you of you like big watches.
