Just a quick note about great Stowa customer service.
As was the case with others there was a problem at Stowa regarding my e-mail insofar as the FO was concerned. After direct e-mails to the compny failed to get a response I sent a PM through the Forum to Georg. He unleashed Viveca who quickly and efficiently resolved whatever the problem was on their end.
So, while naturally disappointed with the FO situation, Number 968 is happy to know that the communication problem is fixed and that he will eventually receive notification that his FO1 swan neck saphire back is ready.
Bottom line: A company with excellent cutomer service and friendly, dedicated people willing to quickly fix problems. Props to Stowa and kudos to Viveca.
