Question Here's a question that's popped up on TZ about the AO LE & Serial editions

Does the AO LE have an AR coating either on the inside and/or outside of the crystal? The SE version doesn't seem to have any. Was AR put only on the LE models...............

What say you LE and SE owners? Is their an AR coating on your watch (and do you have an LE or SE)?

As I posted there, LE #30 does have AR coating, on the inside of the crystal.

    Cheers,

Now the question is.....Is that a one-off, do a few have AR, do all have AR, was Jorg testing a few out to see how they looked?

I could be wrong about my SE version........

I just wanted to see what others experiences were.........

Stowa's site doesn't mention AR on any of the pilots, at least not that I can see.

I was not aware of AR coating being used on any Stowa watches.

As a reedition of a historic timepiece, that obviously didn't have an AR coating on the crystal, the question is wether they should have AR indeed.
