Smile I love my new Antea KS

A few days ago, I received my Stowa Antea Kleine Sekunde, as a tenth anniversary gift from my wife. I couldn't be happier. What a beautiful watch! I've wanted a manual wind watch for some time, but there don't seem to be that many options out there in between the cheaper, questionable ones (e.g., Alpha) and the outlandishly expensive ones (e.g., Jaeger-LeCoultre). Thanks to these forums I decided on the Stowa, and encourage anyone to do the same. At slightly over $600 including the deployment clasp, I feel that this isn't an insanely expensive watch, but it's nice enough that I plan to hang on to it forever.

I commend Stowa and Mr. Schauer on a product of outstanding quality.

Welcome to the Stowa club. One of the reasons why Stowa is such a great brand is that they can provide a very high quality watch at reasonable prices. I am waiting on an Antea 390 and your photos make the wait that much harder. Enjoy your beautiful watch.

Congratulations -- I have an Antea KS (my first really nice watch) and it is a great choice to be sure. I wore it yesterday and I continue to enjoy it.

The Antea's are pretty darn nice looking and the price point is excellent as well. Congrats.

How big is your wrist? I love the KS but have some trepidation about the size since I mainly wear 41/42mm sport watches.
