Just placed an order for my first Stowa

Took me ages and theres quite a few models on the wish list The 1938 Black being number one but a little over my budget at the moment, but I have been after a fleiger for sometime and initially was looking at a Steinhart as thats where I first came across Fleigers after buying my son a Ocean 1 for getting his exams. So have gone for the Fleiger without Logo, I know its a long wait but I am sure it will be worth it from what I have read on here.

Thanks to all the posts on this site I am now a big Stowa fan

    Rgds

    yep, now hooked.

Slightly off topic, you wouldn't happen to know a decent watchmaker who can repair vintage watches. I have my grandfathers 1930 Watch for his long service with what looks like a Hafis movement

No, those I have contacted are to expensive and I do not even know if they are decent watchmakers. I am frequently flying to Germany and have two guys I work with.
    Kind regards

I too have just put down an order. Flieger no-logo with old brown strap and the COSC upgrade. Can't wait to get it but now the waiting begins!
