Marine Blue Limited Edition...How Blue is it?

Ok so after scouring the web for all available pictures of the Marine Blue limited editions I have thoroughly confused myself as to the actual shade of Blue the dial is. Now of course lighting always effects what a colour looks like in reality as well as in pictures. So I thought I'd just post some of the varying shades of blue I am seeing around as a reference for everyone. I think it'd be very nice if the first few to recieve their Marine Original Blue Limited editions could come here and post pictures they think are representative of the shade it is under normal daytime indoor lighting conditions. Also to those of you who have seen it which picture best represents the actual shade? This is just a bit of fun guys so please dont start getting all technical about monitor calibrations, colour perceptions and what not

Good one, Naf. I think the hands-on impression by Ilya per his review on W&W describes it as:
"The Marine Original Blue takes that winning recipe and adds an absolutely stunning blue dial. The copy describes the color as matte blue, but in person the dial has more of a metallic sheen, which gives it some welcome depth. The soft gray numerals are the perfect complement; they’re highly legible without creating too much contrast. Gone are the iconic heat-blued poires style hands, replaced with simpler but no less elegant silver leaf hands.

The overall execution is stunning, and it may very well be the most attractive marine watch Stowa has ever produced. From our brief time with the piece, I can honestly say that everything looked perfect—from the printing on the dial to the finishing of the case."

Very flattering words from quite a respected reviewer.
I think that the blue will change according to the lighting conditions, something which my cream 1938 chrono does and which I immensely enjoy!

No. 2 is the only pic with a metallic sheen and coincidentally happens to be the nicest of the lot...

If I didn't know any better I'd say we were dealing with two different dials. 1 and 4 look similar and 2 and 3 look similar.

Edit: but I DO know better unless someone wants to come over and correct me...

Some more confusion about the hands. Is this a prototype ? IMO this looks different to the hands (hour) shown in the pics above.

Looks like a great shade of blue to me, regardless of the picture angles or lighting.

Looks same to me. I think lighting is making it look chubbier in that one...
