    Marine Original with Luminous dial

Will there ever be a MO with a full luminous dial?
Just like the original Kriegsmarine Pocket Watches.

I remember that +15 years ago Sinn produced a limited edition solid silver pocket watch with a dial extremely similar to the Stowa MO but all luminous. The dial of the MO is so very nice and clean and the font that is used is so extremely readable...

I would love to see this watch being produced sometime in the future... so I can buy one.

    Who else likes this idea?

    Greetings,
    Frank

Well, honestly, I can´t make anything of a full luminous Marine dial.

I would love it! Make it high grade superluminova please.

Lume would extend the usefulness of this watch by at least another 12 hours!

The Dornblueth exists in a black dial / luminova hands combo.
    IMO it's interesting ...

I've never been quite as infatuated with the MO as some. But an all lume dial whould put me over the edge. Especially with a red 12.

Depends a lot on how the dial would look in daylight, cream (which I would prefer) or greenish.
Too green would not be for me, because it would reduce the dress-watch quality, I think.
Madness takes its toll. Please have exact change.

Well there are a number of lume dial watches out there but I have yet to see one that doesn't look crappy on some level. I have yet to see one where the luminous paint was at the high level that the hands and indices are at on a good watch such as the Prodiver or Airman. I have yet to see one where the application looked correctly done. I own three different brands and none of them are really quite there for me.

I do love the look of the Dornblueth and would also gladly take that type of design instead of the all lume dial if Stowa wanted to make it.

i agree 100% - the MO would lose its class IMHO.
