    My first stowa...Im in love!

Recently picked up my first stowa. All I can say is; WOW! What a well made beauty. I keep taking it off my wrist to look at it from different angles.

Also, its my first manual winder. Im enjoying the daily wind.

    Marine original.

That's the same sickness I had about twelve years ago.
My doctor called it " Thrill of anticipation ", an accessory symptom after entering the world of horology.
This is the only illness I cannot say "Get well soon!"

Re: My first stowa...Im in love!

Thanks for the kind words! The engraving had me worried. Since I bought the watch second hand, I was worried the engraving would represent something personal to the original buyer. Like his astrological sign

Its quite cool. The side engravings are an artistic play on a black hole. The design from interstellar was used as reference.

I rather like the celestial references both on the case, and on movement wheel. I think they fit well with an horological piece. What does a watch do, but measure my movement through space?
