My quest is complete for now....

It has been a long searchO| . Over a year of looking for a Stowa Marine with the creme dial. Placing numerous WTB ads on various watch sites (Time Zone, WUS, Timezone UK, Watchbizz before it closed) yeilded nothing. Apparently only 20 or so were built and 10 were with blued hands and 10 with black lumed hands. I remember seeing them advertised on Stowa and I could have had the oppertunity to buy but passed. Then when the owner pics started to surface, I knew I wanted one but it was too late and they were all gone. Finally just 2 weeks ago, I managed to find one for sale on a german watch forum. With the help of Andreas (Uvox), I can finally say that I own a Stowa Marine with the creme dial. Many thanks to Andreas for helping facilitate the transaction:thanks

Pics soon to follow. I must admit, I prefer the older cases with the screwed in back vs the newer ones with the little tiny screws. I still have a few dollars left in the watch fund. Hmmm maybe the next search will be a orange dialed Seatime? Perhaps wait for Jorg's next creation?
