    New: Stowa Marine Auto Matt

The Marine White is now available with a matt case and onion crown. STOWA offer this model later with the basic ETA 2824-2 movement.

Right now there will be a first batch of 25 pcs with a top ETA movement, handstitched leather strap and deployment buckle for a reduced price, EUR 790.- instead of EUR 865.-. After the first 25 pieces are sold STOWA offer the watch with this specifications for EUR 865.-. (Basic watch: Euro 640.- + top movement Euro 130.- + handstitched strap Euro 60.- + deployment buckle Euro 35.- = Euro 865.-). This special offer ends after selling the first 25 pieces or at least end of october. So hurry up.

Nice. The strap color is great.

Liking the brushed finish. Not liking the strap.

Marine Auto has always been available with a matte finish :) I like that deployment - might have to get me one.

Looks great on that strap. I have the sterling dial Marine auto with matte case and onion crown and it is lovely. I don't know if this one has the sterling dial or the white dial.

I've got the same MA with sterling dial (no date), and the A10 movement, on my wrist today.
At 9 mm, it's one of the thinnest watches I have.
IMHO, it's a pity Stowa no longer offers the movement, I think it made the watch just that much more special.

I've got an older MA silver dial (no date) with brushed case. I knew the minute I opened the box that it was a keeper.

I like the silver dial better than the white, but they're both handsome.

Re: New: Stowa Marine Auto Matt

I really love it; in my opinion Stowa should make the option for Top-grade movement more obvious for any watch where it's available. Unless someone REALLY looks into it it's not always obvious what the movement options are to people browsing. Someone I've spoke to on another website just got a Flieger Klassik with a Sellita SW215 hand-winding movement, which I don't even see on the site, but he knew to ask for it when ordering.

I'm not crazy about the new straps (like the dark gray the best), but that's minor. I would 100% consider one of these with a top-grade movement and brushed case.

I'm saving this for next year...that is if I can control myself but does anyone know if Stowa would offer the Durowe movement for regular Marine Original? I noticed it is offered in the MO gold on the website.

This one is listed as having the white dial on the website.
