    Prodiver in the House!

    Hi All

After much effort on the part of Ernie:thanks to get me a Stowa , and I want to thank him so much, alas we were not able to get me this one for another month. Being the type to not wait, I saw this at Watchbuys and contacted Tim and pulled the trigger it came overnight and I just got a chance to shoot some photos.

I want to thank Tim for the quick, easy, super fast- service.

I want to thank Ernie for all his help, through many many emails.:gold

Mr Jorg Shauer, I want to thank you for such a beautiful watch.
when I opened the wrapping and found the steel presentation box

, I was eager to see what is inside, and this is what I found..........

Needles to say I was speechles, another German 1000M and it surpasses all I can think about. I had seen the thread by Bill weeks earlier talking about the black dial and black hands ,then Gerry threads that he has one, and sends me a pic and all I can say is guys you were RIGHT!!!! it is beautiful.
The seconds hand ball just floats around the dial, and the hour and minute hand are no trouble at all to see, the dial is jet black and quite stunning.

I am so intrigued by the design of the case, and the Jorg has blended the bracelet to fall at the lugs to sit so well on the wrist, it is seamless.

    [][/column]

When I look at the watch I can see a another German built with a very well thought out design.
It is heavy like the UTS Rasmus and Sinn, it is commanding like all 3 , it sits high and proud on the wrist , but looks so dressy, and can be tool at the same time. Both the UTS and the Prodiver IMHO carry off the dual modus operandi, whereas the Rasmus is just all tool, and the Sinn just seems to be in it's own style.
I feel so fortunate to have been able to acquire these 4 German 1000M
monsters, all of which I feel will stand the test of time.
The lume on the PD is incredible like the others, and the second hand ball just floats around

    [][/column]

I took a shot of the jet black dial with a flash to show the richness

    [][/column]

Here you can see the size of the case and the beautiful bracelet which has very nice rounded on top solid links.
    [][/column]
    [][/column]

Here are three of the 4 germans , the UTS is out on the town.

The best thing about this passion we all have with watches, is that we can wear and show proudly the designs these cutting edge watchmakers give us a chance to own, but they are functional they tell time, and that is so key, because no matter whose watch you buy, from all over the world the one thing we all do daily is measure our lives by time, and to be able to enjoy it even more by proudly wearing " your favourites" is paramount.
Thank you Jorg , you have a winner again.
    Regards
    Robert
    " For watches there's always TIME "

I was asked what the time was that was on my watch ?
Does anybody really know what time it is ?
    Does anybody really care ?
If so I can't imagine why..........
I do, I do, I do care about time.
    (Thanks R Lamm)

Congratulations, Robert. I think that's the best of the color combinations I've seen to date. Stowas are just great to examine -- your photos show the beautiful design and workmanship so well. You have a magnificent, well thought-out collection there.

    Robert,

Well written. Thanks for the mini-review. That's a nice collection you have there as well. I recently ordered a Stowa Seatime and I am waiting for its arrival.

    Thanks for sharing....
